* Ride on the world's steepest incline Railway at Scenic World. Stroll along the boardwalk, through pristine world heritage listed wilderness. Marvel at the ancient rainforest canopy, smell the eucalyptus trees.

* Enjoy the views from the Scenic Cableway. The Cableway's fully enclosed cabin provides a unique vantage point for view the Three Sisters, Orphan Rock, Mount Solitary and Katoomba Falls.

* The Skyway provides a unique thrill as breathtaking views are revealed beneath your feet through the electro-glass cabin floor (seating and solid flooring is available).

Enjoy a small group (max 11 guests) on a luxury Hunter Valley, Wildlife, Wine & Cheese Tour departing from the main entrance of the Hyatt Regency. The tour includes a rest stop at a Wildlife Park, 2 x premium boutique vineyards with structure wine tasting, private cheese tasting and wine country lunch.
The rest stop at the wildlife park includes a special koala meet & greet with our own private ranger! As you pat the koala and grab a selfie, you will learn about this adorable animal followed by time to hand feed free ranging kangaroos.

Once in the Hunter Valley, our focus will be on quality boutique wine and food venues. Your day will include structured wine tastings at 2 separate premium vineyards, a delicious wine country lunch and a cheese, chocolate & olive oil experience. * Sydney's North Shore hides coves and parks deep within its beautiful suburbs. The tour will include a visit to Mosman, before Manly Beach. Options include North Head for sweeping views of the ocean and city skyline, or a beach-to-beach jaunt ending at Palm Beach and Barrenjoey Head.
